- Worked with project team that rolled out first data centre in Malta, specialising in ASP services
- Coordinated marketing team at telco during a turnaround, including management of all marketing channels and media agency relationships. Retained after engagement of permanent marketing director
Education
- Deployed as Interim CIO to set up an ICT department from scratch. Re-engineered legacy business support system on the basis of redesigned business processes for the Group.
- Operated as advisor to new Managing Director of EFL school on acquisiton of school
Public Sector
- Assessed Malta’s chances of participation in what was then the ‘digital economy’, identifying niches that Government subsequently developed
- Set up and led Heritage Malta, Malta’s National Heritage Organisation
Tourism
- Was part of team setting up the Malta Tourism Authority. Devised the first strategic plan for the organisation on its establishment.
- Project managed development of visitmalta.com, most popular tourism portal in Malta
