- Developed 3-year ICT strategic plan to align Corporate ICT with business operations.
- Worked on strategy for development of the first data centre in Malta rolling out ASP services.
- Drafted group-wide Information Security Procedures
- Developed service level agreements for core services, which the client subsequently implemented with all vendors.
- Managed international selection of business support system for cable operator
- Audited CRM and billing systems after implementation to ensure supplier obligations were met; report was critical input into subsequent system changes
Tourism
- Project managed development of visitmalta.com, most popular tourism portal in Malta
- Established Strategic Planning framework for Malta Tourism Authority. The first strategic plan for MTA was endorsed as a model of best practice within the industry.
Education
- Developed an e-business strategic plan for Multinational EFL school whose sales channel was entirely dependent on selling to agents
- Worked with client on acquistion of school from third party and secured the smooth transfer of the brand ownership to the new stakeholders

Public Sector
- Assessed Malta’s optins for participation in what was then the ‘digital economy’. Identified niches that Government subsequently developed into the brief that led to Smart City in Malta.
- Set up and led Heritage Malta, Malta’s National Heritage Organisation. Wrote the blueprint to position the new heritage agency as the country's primary manager of national heritage sites and museums.
