Twitter remains my favourite social media engagement tool, despite its various derivatives… and Google Buzz. But it still has the capacity to bemuse a lot of people. Especially those wearing suits, or under pressure to ‘use whatever these social media tools are’ to retain customers, get prospects, protect the brand and ‘do whatever it takes to make the numbers.’
