Alex Grech
Alex Grech has 30 years’ experience in business strategy and change management. After completing his accountancy articles, he moved to the UK where he held senior management positions in the European HQs at IPSA Reuters and Hitachi Data Systems. Alex has been an advisor within the Office of the Prime Minister of Malta; as Director Strategic Business Development of Go, he was part of the senior management that oversaw the successful IPO on the LSE. Alex holds a CPA warrant, and is a visiting lecturer on entrepreneurship and business skills at the University of Malta. Alex was the founding editor of Technology Sunday, the technology supplement for the Sunday Times of Malta and serves on the advisory board of the local chapter for Mobile Monday. He is currently conducting PhD research on social media networks at the School of Arts & New Media, University of Hull @ Scarborough.

Liz Ayling
Liz Ayling is a communications professional of over 25 years with a strong analytical and research background. She is an experienced journalist, editor, trainer and copywriter. Before StrategyWorks, Liz worked for the European Commission in London; in marketing with one of the ‘big eight’ accounting firms; and as a client account handler with an international advertising agency. Liz holds a BA (Hons) European Studies (Bath); a post-graduate Diploma in Journalism (City, London); and a Masters with distinction in Digital Media (Sussex). She speaks German and Italian and has conversational French.
Liz is the founder and managing editor of Malta Inside Out, a magazine-style, informational blog on holidaying, living and working in Malta.
